Hello, I’m Alli! A salon owner, hairstylist, wife, and mom. I have been full time behind the chair for over 6 years now & it’s never really felt like work! I love hair and I love the people I get to build relationships with! I am passionate about creating the best look for you, whether it’s a simple haircut, a major color change or adding extensions! I strive to continue my education & expand my knowledge to better serve you. I pride myself on using the best color & products to maintain the health of your hair!
When I’m not behind the chair, I am most likely with my family & being a mom! I grew up in a small town & have a large close knit family. We are always up to something!

Lauren MEYER
Hey there, my name is Lauren Meyer and I graduated from cosmetology school in 2018 and I specialize in hair colors and eyelash extensions!! I wish I could tell you what my favorite service is but I enjoy them all! If you find yourself in my chair you will leave looking and feeling better than when you arrived! I have always had a passion for hair and I’m so glad I am able to keep educating myself with all the latest trends!
Outside of the salon you can find me with my family or friends! I have an almost 1 year old son named Banks and an almost 7 year old daughter named Emersyn who keep my life pretty busy! In the summer we love to camp and hang out at the lake as much as we can! I really hope to meet you soon and we can get to know each other a little better!
Claudia Johnson
Hello, my name is Claudia Johnson. I’m 28 years old born and raised in Arizona! I’ve been living in Madison for the past 10 years and love this small town community! I am married to my wonderful husband and have 3 beautiful daughters and soon to have our precious son! I received my cosmetology license at Stewarts in Sioux Falls, SD. I’ve been working at Roots for over a year now and have enjoyed working along side Alli and my sister Haley and now Lauren! Alli has truly made a salon that welcomes everyone and also offers a variety of great services!
I love all hair services from color touch ups, full head colors, highlights, balayages, my new Olaplex hair treatment and many more! I also love helping teach my clients how to maintain and learn their own personal hair care. Another passion of mine that I hope to be able to one day offer is nail services! I do have a beauty page Beautybyclaudia that i’d love for you to like and follow and be able to see some of my work plus be able to personally message me with questions or schedule your appointments! ABbi Flood
Hey, everyone! I am so happy to be joining my sister, Alli, at the salon! I recently became a licensed cosmetic tattoo artist at Jane Lee Studio. Super excited to be bringing microblading to all of you! I strive to make all of my clients their most confident selves by enhancing their natural features to create the brows of their dreams. I also received my permanent jewelry certification from Jane Lee Studio alongside my sister. Permanent jewelry is such a fun service for all!
Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending my time with my family and friends. I recently graduated from USD with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. I am currently working at the Department of Social Services as well as doing what I love at the salon! Can’t wait to see you all and build relationships with my clients!
